Return policy

To be eligible for a return, proof of purchase is required. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. popmarts has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Sale items (marked Final Sale) and personalized items are final sale.

Items may be returned by mail.

Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to process starting from the date our warehouse receives the return.

Return Shipping Fees

For U.S. customers, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund. 

International orders may be subject to VAT, import taxes, or other fees which your local customs authority deems appropriate. These VAT, import taxes, and other fees that are paid to your local carrier or government are not collected by popmarts and thus cannot be refunded.

 

Returning Online Orders

1. You will receive instructions & a pre-paid shipping label via email. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund to original form of payment. 

2. Print the shipping label.

3. Drop off your return at the carrier location provided on the label.

4. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
